You'll receive a confirmed delivery day, with an approximate time slot provided the day before.
Many items arrive pre-assembled, so you only need to unpack them.
Your item will be delivered to the room of your choice.

If your items are in stock, we’ll get in touch within a few days to arrange a suitable delivery date.
For made-to-order items, we’ll contact you as soon as they arrive from our suppliers.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, but Saturday slots can often be arranged in most areas.

All stock online orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, regardless of the reason.
Contact us, and we’ll arrange for a team to collect the furniture.
Faulty items can be returned free of charge.
A collection fee applies for change-of-mind returns.
