At FW Homestores, we offer both free delivery and charged delivery options depending on the product. To determine the delivery fee, simply click "Add to Basket" on any product, and the applicable delivery charge will be displayed We strive to deliver all your items together whenever possible. However, in some cases, products may be dispatched from different locations, resulting in separate delivery days.
Rest assured, we will only proceed with split deliveries with your permission Once a delivery date has been agreed upon, you will receive a text message and email confirming the date, along with an estimated delivery time. On the day of delivery, our courteous drivers will contact you when they are 30-60 minutes away, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience.
To ensure reliable delivery service, we use our own fleet of vehicles as well as trusted courier services to deliver furniture and accessories across the UK. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands. To try and help with this you can now secure your FW order online with just a 20% deposit. This will allow us to order your items and get them ready for you without needing to part with all your hard earned money up front.
We'll let you know when your order is about to be shipped and the balance will need to be cleared. We can either call you to make the payment over the phone, send you a link to pay or you can use the icon at the bottom left of the website to pay the remaining balance at any time.

With our shared payment option you can now split a payment between two people. You can divide the overall payment however you wish, just simply set the amount and add in the other customer's email address and they'll be sent an invoice for the amount chosen.
