Rest assured, we will only proceed with split deliveries with your permission Once a delivery date has been agreed upon, you will receive a text message and email confirming the date, along with an estimated delivery time. On the day of delivery, our courteous drivers will contact you when they are 30-60 minutes away, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience. 

To ensure reliable delivery service, we use our own fleet of vehicles as well as trusted courier services to deliver furniture and accessories across the UK. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We understand it's not always easy to pay for things in full, especially when you're not going to receive them for potentially many weeks.

To try and help with this you can now secure your FW order online with just a 20% deposit. This will allow us to order your items and get them ready for you without needing to part with all your hard earned money up front.

We'll let you know when your order is about to be shipped and the balance will need to be cleared. We can either call you to make the payment over the phone, send you a link to pay or you can use the icon at the bottom left of the website to pay the remaining balance at any time.
